Shipping & Returns

Shipping
We’re based in beautiful Broome, WA, and we ship straight from here to wherever you are. All orders are sent within two business days.

In Australia, we use Express Post via Australia Post. Shipping is a flat $10 and since Broome is a little off the beaten track, delivery takes around three to five business days.

For international orders, we send everything via Standard International Postage for a flat rate of $28 with Australia Post. Being a remote town means shipping takes a little longer, so expect your order to arrive within 14 to 21 business days.

Returns
We get it – sometimes things don’t work out. If you need to return or exchange an item, we’re happy to help. Returns are accepted for store credit or exchange as long as the item is sent back within seven days of receiving your order. Just send us an email at hello@broomebeachcompany.com.au to start the process. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied, in which case we’ll cover it. We always recommend using a traceable return method and holding onto your tracking details.

Faulty Goods
If your item arrives damaged, we’ll sort it out. You’ll receive a full refund if the item can’t be repaired or replaced. General wear and tear over time isn’t considered a fault.
